Practical, ready-to-deploy AI solutions that drive immediate impact across customer engagement, operations, data, and workforce. Designed for SMEs, these use cases show how accessible AI can boost efficiency, improve decisions, and unlock growth—without complex systems or large teams.
Participants will gain exposure to four key application areas:
1. AI for Customer Engagement & Experience
Discover how AI-powered digital avatars and automation tools can elevate customer experience across service, F&B, and tourism sectors. Learn how businesses can leverage customer data and segmentation to deliver personalised interactions at scale, optimise digital touchpoints from first interaction to conversion, and strengthen marketing and sales effectiveness.
2. Turning Data into Business Intelligence
Explore how SMEs can unify service, sales, and operational data into a single source of truth using modern data platforms. Through conversational analytics powered by AI, teams can ask questions in natural language to uncover insights, identify trends and anomalies, and make faster, data-driven decisions across industries such as manufacturing, finance, legal, and logistics.
3. AI-Driven Document Automation & Processing
Learn how AI can streamline document-heavy processes such as tender submissions by automating requirement extraction, compliance checks, and response drafting. By reusing past proposals and generating tailored responses, businesses can significantly reduce turnaround time, improve accuracy, and increase win rates while freeing up teams to focus on higher-value work.
4. Knowledge Mining & AI-Powered Learning
See how AI-driven knowledge mining transforms structured and unstructured data—including videos, documents, and databases—into actionable insights.
